Terms of Service

1. Booking & Credits

  • Sessions are booked using credits purchased through our platform
  • 1:1 Private Sessions require 1 credit per session
  • Duet Sessions require 1 credit per person (both participants must have credits)
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Credits do not expire

2. Cancellation Policy

Simple Cancellation Rule:

  • 2+ hours before session: Full credit refund to your account
  • Less than 2 hours before: No refund - credit is forfeited
  • No-show: No refund - credit is forfeited

To cancel a booking, use your dashboard or contact us directly. Cancellations made through the dashboard are processed automatically.

3. Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session by cancelling and rebooking. Standard cancellation policies apply. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid credit loss.

4. Credit Refunds

  • Unused Credits: Monetary refunds for unused credits may be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Partially Used Packages: Refunds are calculated at the single-session rate minus sessions used
  • Expired Promotional Credits: Not eligible for refund

5. Health & Safety

  • You must complete the Health Form before your first session
  • Inform us of any changes to your health condition before each session
  • If you feel unwell, please cancel your session - we prioritise your health
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk

6. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person - accounts cannot be shared
  • You may request account deletion at any time
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Instructor Cancellation

In the rare event we need to cancel a session, your credit will be fully refunded to your account. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative time slots where available.

8. Liability

Pilates is a physical activity. By booking sessions, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. We provide qualified instruction but cannot be held liable for injuries that may occur during or as a result of sessions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
