Take the A534 towards Crewe through Haslington, or the A533 via Wheelock; both routes take around fifteen minutes outside rush hour. The studio is in a quiet residential part of Crewe (CW1) with free parking, and we share the full address when you book.
Sessions and prices
A single 1:1 session is £25 and a Duet is £20 per person. Packs bring that down to £22 per 1:1 session and £17 per person for Duet.
Packs are valid for 90–180 days, so a fortnightly rhythm works just as well as weekly.
How booking works
Pick a session type and a time on the live calendar, tell us a little about yourself, then pay by card or at the studio. The whole thing takes about two minutes and your confirmation e-mail includes a calendar file.

- Complete the short health form once; it is kept private and reviewed before your first visit.
- Reschedule or cancel yourself, free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session.
- Buy a 5- or 10-session pack later if you decide to continue – your first session never has to be a commitment.
