Private Reformer Pilates in Cheshire
Most Reformer Pilates in Cheshire is taught in groups of eight to twelve. Nesly Pilates is different: one reformer, one instructor, and a session planned entirely around you – or around you and one person you choose. Our studio is in Crewe (CW1), at the heart of Cheshire East's road network, so most of the county's towns are a 10–30 minute drive away.

Group reformer classes are great for motivation, but an instructor watching a full room cannot correct everyone's alignment, adapt for a sore back or change the springs for a pregnancy. Sessions and prices
A single 1:1 session is £25 and a Duet is £20 per person. Packs bring that down to £22 per 1:1 session and £17 per person for Duet.
There is no membership or joining fee – book one session to try it, then buy a pack if you want to continue.
How booking works
Pick a session type and a time on the live calendar, tell us a little about yourself, then pay by card or at the studio. The whole thing takes about two minutes and your confirmation e-mail includes a calendar file.
- Only genuinely free slots are shown – no back-and-forth messages.
- Complete the short health form once; it is kept private and reviewed before your first visit.
- Reschedule or cancel yourself, free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session.
- Buy a 5- or 10-session pack later if you decide to continue – your first session never has to be a commitment.
