Sessions are 50 minutes, private (1:1) or a Duet with someone you know. We build the programme around your goals and any conditions from your health form, and adjust it every visit. Complete beginners are very welcome.

Sessions and prices
A single 1:1 session is £25 and a Duet is £20 per person. Packs bring that down to £22 per 1:1 session and £17 per person for Duet.
How booking works
Pick a session type and a time on the live calendar, tell us a little about yourself, then pay by card or at the studio. The whole thing takes about two minutes and your confirmation e-mail includes a calendar file.
