What we offer Alsager clients
Everything is private: 1:1 sessions or Duets with a partner, friend or family member. That suits beginners, anyone working around an injury, pregnant and postnatal clients, and people who simply prefer not to exercise in a group. Sessions last 50 minutes and follow a programme we adjust every visit.

Sessions and prices
A single 1:1 session is £25 and a Duet is £20 per person. Packs bring that down to £22 per 1:1 session and £17 per person for Duet.
How booking works
Pick a session type and a time on the live calendar, tell us a little about yourself, then pay by card or at the studio. The whole thing takes about two minutes and your confirmation e-mail includes a calendar file.

- Complete the short health form once; it is kept private and reviewed before your first visit.
- Reschedule or cancel yourself, free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session.
- Buy a 5- or 10-session pack later if you decide to continue – your first session never has to be a commitment.
